Personal Use Photo Licence

Your purchase gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased photographs for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may:
• Download and store the purchased photographs on your personal devices and backups.
• Print copies for yourself, your home, and as personal gifts.
• Share the photographs on your personal social-media accounts and with friends or family.

You may not, without separate written permission:
• Sell, sublicense, redistribute, give away, or otherwise supply the original digital files for another person or organisation to exploit.
• Use the photographs for business, advertising, promotional, sponsored, editorial-for-hire, merchandise, resale, or other commercial purposes.
• Claim that you created the photographs or transfer the licence to somebody else.

Purchasing a photograph does not transfer copyright. Copyright and all rights not expressly granted by this licence remain with the photographer.

If you need business, promotional, publication, resale, or other commercial use, please contact the photographer for a separate licence.
